Don’t worry From jammed gearboxes to stubborn motors we can get you back in the game.
Diagnosis
It’s simple, send in your airsoft gun, we’ll start by carefully disassembling it to thoroughly diagnose any issues. We will inspect all components to identify the problem, whether it’s the gearbox, hop-up, or anything else. Once we’ve pinpointed the issue, we’ll reach out to you to discuss our findings and recommend the best course of action, ensuring you’re fully informed before we proceed with any repairs or upgrades.
What Next?
After this you will given a quote for the repairs needed to your airsoft replica and the diagnosis fee will be included in the price.
Alternatively you can choose either one of our fixed packages or a full custom build to your preferred specification, the fee will also be included.
If you decide not to go ahead with any further work, there will be a standard diagnosis & return fee of £55 to cover our time and return postage.
