We provide airsoft replica upgrade, customization, and repair services. By submitting a service request or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No real firearms: We only work with airsoft replicas and do not modify real firearms.

  • Service scope: We reserve the right to reject any service request that involves illegal modifications or safety concerns.

  • Shipping responsibility: You are responsible for safe and legal shipping of your replica to our workshop.

  • Inspection and testing: We may test your replica for functionality; any issues found will be communicated before proceeding.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes where required.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

  • Full payment is required before finished projects are shipped, unless agreed otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

5. Turnaround Times

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided for reference but are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to part availability, complexity of the upgrade, or shipping issues.

  • You will be informed of any significant delays.

6. Shipping & Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during shipping; insured/tracked shipping is recommended.

  • Custom upgrade services are non-refundable once work has begun

7. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

We aim for the highest service quality but provide no guarantees beyond those explicitly stated.

  • No liability for misuse: We are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by the improper use of airsoft products.

  • No liability for third-party use: If your airsoft replica is modified by another party after our service, we cannot be held accountable for resulting malfunctions or failures.

  • No guarantee of performance: Performance may vary based on usage, maintenance, and environmental conditions.

All airsoft products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. (new parts will have manufacturers warranty)
